Documents Required for Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)

  2. Indian Passport (First and Last Page)

  3. Status in Canada (Study Permit / Work Permit / Visitor Record / PR card with landing paper) – In case of expired status, attach the extension or renewal acknowledgment letter.

  4. Marriage Certificate (Optional, if Married) – Required only if your passport does not include your spouse’s name.

  5. Indian Address Proof (Indian Driving License / Aadhar Card / Voter ID / Relative’s Address Proof with Declaration) – Not needed if your Indian passport's last page has the correct address.

  6. Canadian Address Proof (Driving License / Government-issued Photo ID / Utility Bill)

  8. Photograph – Two recent passport-size photos (2x2 inches / 51 mm x 51 mm), white background, one pasted on the form. Photo should have a plain white background, dark-colored clothes, open eyes, and visible shoulders.


🔴 Important Notes

  • If you only fall under Ottawa Jurisdiction, you must send the original Indian passport along with your application.

  • All submitted copies must be self-attested (signed by the applicant).

  • Ensure the form and documents are complete and accurate to avoid delays.
