Documents Required for Passport Renewal - Adult

1. Annexure E

2. Self declaration: In-case of Change of Signature/appearance, If the appearance and signature is same as per the Indian passport then no declaration is required.

   • Change of appearance required only if:

     • Turban to Non-turban, Hair to bald look and Clean shave to long beard.

3. Indian Passport First and Last Page

4. Status in Canada

   • Study Permit/Work permit/PR/Visitor

   • If the aforementioned status expires, then attach the extension letter

   • Incase of PR, landing paper is mandatory

5. Marriage Certificate (In-case of Married)

   • Spouse passport copy is mandatory.

6. Address Proof in Canada and India

   • Driving License/Photo ID/Notice of assessment/Sin Number/Lease Document/Utility bill

Who is not Eligible for Adult Passport Tatkaal

1. Change of appearance/signature

2. Short time validity passport (If your current passport is valid just only 2 years or 5years, then you're not eligible. As for adults the current Indian passport validity should be 10 years.

3. Adding or deleting spouse name.

Fees:

1. Incase of Postal, the fees should be paid in form of money order or demand draft.

   • It should be favour of BLS International Services Canada : 105.70
