The Documents required for OCI Minor
Indian Origin Kid:
NOC (No-objection-Certificate)
Both parents need to paste one (2'x2') photograph along with the signature.
Verify if the signature matches the one on parent's passport.
Surrender Certificate
If citizenship was obtained prior to 2010, a photocopy of the cancelled stamp is required.
Indian Passport and First Page, Last Page and Landing Paper / COPR (Confirmation of permanent residence)

Parents registered Marriage Certificate
Hindu temple/Church/Gurudwara/Waqf board marriage certificate is not acceptable. Parents should register their marriage certificate then only the kid is eligible for the OCI.

Canadian Passport/study permit/work permit/ PR card with landing paper or COPR
In-case one of the parents status expires then attach extension letter.
NOTE: If both the parents status is expired, then the kid is not eligible for OCI process. So, at-least one parent's status should be valid.
