Entry Visa - Spousal Basis

Documents for entry visa spousal basis:

1. Dully filled application form.

2. Self-Sworn marriage certificate form

3. Canadian passport / foreign passport (copy and original)

4. Canadian Status copy (If the applicant holds any other passport other than Canada).

5. Apostille marriage certificate copy

   • If the marriage certificate is from India, then it should duly attested by New Delhi MEA.

6. Spouse current passport copy

   • If spouse holds Canadian passport, then attach Surrender certificate and Indian passport copy or their OCI card copy

   • If spouse holds Indian passport, then attach spouse's Canadian status copy (study permit/work permit/PR card)

7. Canadian address proof copy.

   • Driving License/Photo ID/Notice of assessment/Sin Number/Lease Document/Utility bill

8. Checklist

9. (2' x 2') one photograph.

Application Fees

• Fees should be paid in favour of BLS Internationals Services Canada

  • For 6 months, 114.70

  • For 12 months, 168.70

  • For more than 1 year up to 5 years, 276.80
