Entry Visa - Parents Basis

Documents Required for Canada born / Foreign born individuals to apply for Entry Visa:

1. Dully filled application form.

2. Visa minor consent form.

3. Self-sworn marriage certificate.

4. Self-sworn birth certificate.

5. Canadian passport / foreign passport original and copy.

   • If applicant holds any other foreign passport other than Canada then attach Canadian status copy( study permit/ work permit/ PR card).

6. Birth certificate copy having both parents name on it.

7. Marriage certificate copy of parents

   • Incase both the parents Indian passport does not contain their spouse name , then it should duly attested by New Delhi MEA (If the marriage certificate is from India)

8. Parents' Canadian passport

   • In case parents hold any passport other than Canada then attach Canadian status copy( Study permit/work permit/PR card).

9. Parents' Indian Passport or OCI card copy

10. Canadian address proof copy.

    • Driving License/Photo ID/Notice of assessment/Sin Number/Lease Document/Utility bill.

12. (2' x 2') one photograph.

    Application Fees

    • Fees should be paid in favour of BLS Internationals Services Canada

      • For 6 months, 114.70

      • For 12 months, 168.70

      • For more than 1 year up to 5 years, 276.80
