Foreign nationals of Indian origin and their dependant family members, such as spouses and children, are eligible to apply for entry visas.

Documents Required For Entry Visa:

Dully filled application form.
Declaration by the OCI applicant.
Canadian passport along with copy.
Indian passport first and last page copy.
Surrender certificate
- If the person got citizenship before 2010 of any other foreign country citizenship certificate is not required, only the cancelled stamp on the Indian passport is sufficient.
Address Proof copy
- For minor, attach any parent address proof (Phone bill/Utility bill/Driving License/Notice of assessment/Sin/Photo ID/Lease document.
Checklist.
(2' x 2') one photograph.

Application Fees

Fees should be paid in favour of BLS Internationals Services Canada
- For 6 months, 114.70
- For 12 months, 168.70
- For more than 1 year up to 5 years, 276.80
